Here at Gratitude we strive for wellness. In order to thrive and grow into a better quality of life, there must be some ground rules to follow.
Booking a Session
Open by appointment only. Any appointment scheduled must pay a small percent of the session in order to reserve that time. This payment is non-refundable and is used towards the total of your service at the time of your session.
A 24 hour notice must be given prior to the time of session. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your treatment, you will be responsible to pay for 50% of that treatment. Take a deep breath, this is going to be ok. Please reach out to us at anytime, we are completely understanding and judgement free. Life Happens and we want you doing better.
During your treatment you will be draped at all times (covered with a sheet and blanket). The therapist will always check in and only undrape the part of the body to be treated (arm, leg, or back). Everyone is different and experiences everything differently. We also have the ability to make our own choices and react how we choose. Any inappropriate behavior during a session is completely unacceptable. The therapist will warn the client and has the right to end a session promptly and charge the client full price. We hold ourselves, our careers, our business, and most certainly the treatment of our clients to the highest standard.
It is your choice to experience any of these treatments. We are trained professionals. We are not, however, certified to diagnose, claim to cure, or prescribe anything outside our realm of practice. Should you feel something wasn't right, please speak up so we are able to resolve this with the therapists of gratitude.
Just like a Doctors office it is important to inform the professional of any/all health history. Even the slightest situation that doesn't seem like a big deal to you could be a big contraindication for a treatment at Gratitude LLC. Please be honest. Your information is 100% confidential.
